English: Santa Rita, Guam (Oct. 15, 2004) - Mrs. Dorothy England, left, and Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), the Honorable Gordon R. England stand with Commander, Fourteenth Coast Guard District, Rear Adm. Charles D. Wurster, during the commissioning ceremony for the new Coast Guard cutter Sequoia (WLB 215). Mrs. Dorothy England, wife of SECNAV, is the ship's sponsor and the couple came to Guam for the commissioning. Sequoia is the 15th of the Coast Guard's new Juniper-class sea-going buoy tenders. Capable of performing Aids to Navigation, Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue, National Defense and Marine Environmental protection, the Sequoia made a 15,000-nautical mile voyage from its launching in Lake Michigan to its permanent home port of Apra Harbor in the U.S. territory of Guam.
