Description
English: Corpus Christi, Texas (Sept. 17, 2004) – Lt. Cmdr. Chester E. Chapman, assigned to Naval Hospital Corpus Christi (NHCC) performs triage on an Aransas Pass High School student, during a simulated Homeland Security emergency. The NHCC staff united with San Patricio, Aransas and Refugio Counties’ emergency crews to test the effectiveness of their response during a multi-faceted catastrophe. U.S. Navy photo by Mr. Bill W.
