English: Subic Bay, Philippines (July 30, 2004) - Members assigned to the Philippine Naval Special Warfare Group (SWAG) Nine One crouch low and move together on the deck aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) during an inport maritime boarding event. The boarding was part of the Philippines phase of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT). CARAT is a regularly scheduled series of bilateral military training exercises with several Southeast Asia nations designed to enhance the interoperability of the respective sea services.
