Description
English: Gen. Charles C. Campbell (left), commander of U.S. Army Forces Command, presents Maj. Gen. John A. Yingling, outgoing FORSCOM Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7, with a U.S. flag as part of Yingling's retirement ceremony Sept. 18 in front of FORSCOM headquarters at Fort McPherson, Ga. In his speech during the ceremony, Campbell thanked Yingling for his 35 years of service and told him that he left the Army "respected, admired, and valued as a comrade who always shouldered more that his fair share of the load."
