Description
English: Alderman James Balcer, 11th Ward, City of Chicago and former Marine, recognizes three Medal of Honor recipients on stage for all they have done to support our country. The MOH recipients were part of the official party during a naturalization ceremony put on by the Mayor's Office of Special events, at Daley Plaza for 150 new citizens on Sept. 16, 2009.
