Description
English: USS Enterprise sails alongside Type 45 destroyer HMS Diamond as the two vessels exercised together in the Middle East.

On the 8th August 2012 US Aircraft Carrier USS Enterprise came to within 500 yards of HMS Diamond as the two ships operated alongside each other in the Middle East as part of Carrier strike Group 12 (CSG12)

HMS Diamond is currently deployed in the Middle East where she is conducting operational duties.
