English: The U.S. Navy guided missile frigate USS Samuel B. Roberts (FFG-58) underway in Chesapeake Bay on 20 August 1995. The ship was en route to Norfolk Naval Base after putting to sea for five days to avoid the effects of Hurricane Felix.
