Description
English: Petty Officer 2nd Class Justin Foster, from Aganahieghts, Guam, assigned to the Death Rattlers of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 323 treats a patient on board the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. VMFA-323 is currently embarked on board Ronald Reagan conducting tests and certifications in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
