Description
English: Sailors man the rails of the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk as balloons are released from the flight deck. Kitty Hawk is returning to the United States for decommissioning after 10 years of service in Fleet Activities Yokosuka and will soon be relieved by the Nimitz-class nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS George Washington.
