Description The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Franklin (CV-13) underway. It seem that she is wearing Camouflage Measure 32, Design 6A, which would indicate that the photo was taken after her commissioning. Her port side was painted in Camouflage Measure 32, Design 3A in May 1944.
