Description
English: Petty Officer 2nd Class Brandon Terry, boatswain's mate, reapplies a pelican hook to the anchor chain in the forecastle of the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson as the ship arrives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for a port visit. Carl Vinson is taking part in Southern Seas 2010 as part of a scheduled homeport shift.
