Description
English: John Eldard, a civilian instructor, helps Sgt. Courtney Martin (left) and Cpl. Tara Goetz (right), both satellite operators with Satellite Platoon, Support Company, 8th Communications Battalion, II Marine Expeditionary Force, with Phoenix operations during the course here, March 10 to April 11. The Marines had to learn about 200 abbreviations during the course that taught them how to operate the Marine Corps’ newest satellite system.
