| Description |
English: Sgt. Michael D. Wallace, a customs police mentor with the Al Waleed POET, Iraqi Security Forces Transitions Team, Multi-National Force West, hands a pistol to Capt. Leon M. Mitchell, the operations officer with the POET, March 31. The pistol was found during a health-and-comfort inspection of the Port Police barracks. Random inspections of the police are conducted to make sure the police are conducting their job properly. The Port of Entry in Al Waleed is on the busiest ports in western Iraq and sees a large of number of commercial trucks everyday traveling between Iraq and Syria. |
