Description Command crewmembers of the 225-foot Coast Guard Cutter Juniper, which is homeported in Newport, R.I., meet with officers from the HMCS Kingston, which is a Kingston-class defence vessel in the Royal Canadian Navy, and a member of the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command in the Juniper's wardroom Monday, Aug. 13, 2012, to discuss Arctic navigation plans. The ship's crew is on an Arctic deployment to enhance interoperability with international forces and to provide the experience of working and responding to incidents in the harsh Arctic environment.
