English: U.S. Ambassador Robert P. Finn signs an agreement for a grant provided by the U.S. Agency for International Development to Da Afghanistan Bank (the Central Bank) as the Bank's Governor, Dr. Anwar-ul-Haq Ahady, looks on from the right.
