Description U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Christopher Lugo, right, assigned to the 353rd Special Operations Group, points out damaged aviation navigation aids during a meeting with Indonesian airmen at Sutan Sjahrir Air Force Base in Padang, Indonesia, Oct. 7, 2009. The service members are meeting to discuss the restoration of the aids to better facilitate flight operations in support of ongoing humanitarian relief efforts in Padang. The U.S. military is responding to a request for assistance by the Indonesian government after a 7.6 magnitude earthquake struck the country Sept. 30, 2009.
