Inventory of the Polish Crown Jewels, 1475: Krzyż srebrny, złocisty grecki, mały (Silver cross, gilt Greek, small), 1633: Crux cum ligno Vitae. Testament of Władysław IV Vasa from June 11, 1635 include the relic as a private possession of the House of Vasa.
