Description

Borgo Teresiano - Riva Tre Novembre Carciotti Palace was commissioned by the Greek merchant Demetrio Carciotti. Arch. Matteo Pertsch 1798-1805

In 1831 the building became the first headquarters of the General Insurance, then hosted the Austro-Hungarian Bank, the offices of the Allied Military Government and the Harbor Master's Office.
