Description

"Tricky Ben and his Thievish Friends". Illustration on the cover of "The Mascot" newspaper, New Orleans, 1892. President Benjamin Harrison is depicted as a slick dude running a clip-joint, who distracts Uncle Sam while his minions pick Uncle Sam's pockets and steal from his luggage. Grover Cleveland is coming around the corner as a police man.

One of the henchmen is labeled "Raum", I presume refering to Green Berry Raum
