Summary
[edit]DescriptionTrain at Heysham Port railway station (geograph 5441633).jpg |
English: Train at Heysham Port railway station. Northern diesel unit 144 022, one of the three car members of that class, unloads passengers and acquires more while forming the daily return service to Heysham Port (1019 from Leeds and 1315 back on a Saturday). On this occasion, the usual twenty minute turnround here was reduced to about three minutes as the train reached here 27 minutes late, hence the mad rush of humans going in opposite directions. On the left, a disused platform is visible. |
