It was standard operating procedure for all captives to have their hands and feet bolted to the floor.
These three chairs constituted the press gallery. Members of the Press observed the unclassified sessions of 37 of the first 558 CSR Tribunals in 2004 and early 2005. An additional 20 CSR Tribunals were held for the new captives who arrived in 2006, 2007 and 2008. The press were not invited to their Tribunals.
