Description
English: Tractors, tractors, tractors at Cambridgey Machinery Sale, near to Sutton, Cambridgeshire, Great Britain. Cheffins sale ground near Sutton is the venue for the long standing Cambridge machinery sale. The sale ground used to be on the edge of Cambridge at Chesterton but development pressures required Cheffins to relocate to an old airfield site near Sutton and Mepal. The Cambridge machinery sale has developed into a world wide operation. The once a month sale is primarily a disposal sale of mostly secondhand, shopsoiled, liquidated stock or worn out farm machinery. Buyers come from all over the world and the success of the sale is usually reflected in the exchange rates of Sterling against world currencies.
