Description
Français : Succès aidant, le concept de croisières maritimes se décline depuis quelques années déjà, à l'échelle des voies d'eau intérieures, sur des gabarits bien plus modestes.

Voici un exemple intéressant de réaffectation d'équipements industriels. Derrière l'hôtel flottant “Finesse” se cache en effet, une péniche belge de commerce mise à l'eau en 1950, habilement rénovée !

A bord 8 passagers, et autant de vélos, sont chouchoutés par 5 membres d'équipage aux petits soins. La clientèle, majoritairement âgée et anglo-saxonne, parcourt un circuit d'1 semaine entre St-Jean de Losne (21), l'un des plus importants ports de plaisance français, et St-Julien s/ Dheune (71). Au menu: découverte du patrimoine historique et culturel local, sans oublier la gastronomie... qui ne tourne pas uniquement autour du vin !

La compagnie britannique European Waterways, propriétaire-exploitant, opère une autre péniche aux caractéristiques proches.

“Enchanté”, basée en Occitanie, sillonne le Canal du Midi entre Carcassonne et Narbonne.
