Description
Français : Clocher de la basilique Saint-Sernin, Toulouse. Les baies arrondies des deux premiers étages datent de l'époque romane (fin XIème/début XIIème siècles), les étages aux baies en mitre (vers 1270) sont typiques du gothique méridional. La flèche date de la 2ème moitié du XVème siècle.
English: Bell tower of the Saint-Sernin basilica, Toulouse. The rounded bays of the first two floors date from the Romanesque period (late 11th/early 12th centuries), the floors with miter arches (around 1270) are typical of Southern French Gothic. The spire dates from the 2nd half of the 15th century.
