Summary[edit]

Description
English: This image shows a roofing contractor during the process of applying an elastomeric roof coating to a commercial flat roof. The final process in the application of a elastomeric roof coating is called top coating. During this process, separate, perpendicular layers are sprayed in place to form a seamless monolithic, waterproof seal.
