Description

Tombe des chanoines van Dievoet en la collégiale Saints-Pierre-et-Guidon à Anderlecht (Bruxelles), 1740, 1764. Il s'agit de la tombe des deux frères:

  • Pierre VAN DIEVOET, ° le 3 mars 1697 à Bruxelles (baptisé à sainte-Gudule: parrain son oncle le sculpteur Pierre van Dievoet et sa grand-mère Dorothée de Witte), prêtre, vicaire, vice-pléban à Anderlecht, secrétaire du chapitre d'Anderlecht, décédé à Anderlecht le 26 janvier 1740 et enterré dans l'église d'Anderlecht. (Inscrit à la faculté de Droit de l'Université de Louvain: Schillings, Matricule Université de Louvain, vol. VII, p. 323; "(Castrenses) Petrus van Dievoet, Bruxellensis, e facultate juris civilis (1714-1715)". Il devint secrétaire du chapitre d'Anderlecht.
  • Pierre-Jacques-Joseph VAN DIEVOET, ° 12 février 1706 (parrain: R.D. Pierre Petit, prêtre et marraine: Jeanne Antoni), prêtre et chanoine au chapitre Saint-Pierre d'Anderlecht, dont il fut trésorier, décédé à Anderlecht 29 décembre 1764 et inhumé dans la collégiale Saint-Pierre dans le même caveau que son frère Pierre van Dievoet, secrétaire du chapitre. (Il était inscrit à l'Université de Louvain à la Faculté des Arts: Schillings, Loc. cit. note II, p. 441, "(Castrenses) Petrus Jacobus Josephus van Dievoet, Bruxellensis, e facultate artium (1726)".
