This image was created by User:MechBrowman using http://www.aquarius.geomar.de/omc/ archive copy at the Wayback Machine and Paint Shop Pro. It marks the location where the RMS Titanic sank on April 15, 1912. It also marks the ports that were part of Titanic's maiden voyage route: Southampton, Cherbourg, Queenstown, and New York.

This is blank version for translations into other languages other than English, for English version see Image:Titanicmap.png.

This incident map image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “Titanicmapclean.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.
