Summary[edit]
DescriptionTitan Earth Comparison at 29 km per px.png | Titan Earth comparison at the same scale (about 29 km/px) as the other images from the series. An infrared false-colour image of the surface is superimposed on a visible-light image of the 200 km thick atmosphere. |

Caveat[edit]
The atmosphere's reported thickness (~800 km) is considerably more than its optical thickness. Here we used the ESO reported value of a 200 km atmosphere.
