English: The top of Ayton Bridge and a bench mark. Looking across the top of the old Ayton bridge where traffic is only allowed to drive from west to east. On the right there is a First Geodetic Levelling bench mark and bolt dating to 1845 on the survey line from Thirsk to Scarborough. See also 1525995 |
