Description
English: The spatial distribution (%) of Y chromosome haplogroup M410(J2a) clade in worldwide populations. Isofrequency maps were generated by using Surfer8 of Golden Software (Golden Software Inc., Golden, Colorado), following the Kriging procedure. Data is used from present study and previously published literatures. The dots represent sampling locations. The worldwide phylogeographic distribution of hg J2a suggests its entry in Indian subcontinent through northwestern corridor and an abrupt drop further south due to Western Ghat mountain ranges
