Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: The red roofed house at Suisnish A ruined house at Suisnish of much less age than the many other ruins that surround it. They were cleared in October 1853 to make way for the sheep. This one was certainly roofed and had chimney pots fitted more recently. Possibly its renovation was linked to the building of a track to this point by the UK military in the mid 20th century.
Whatever its history, it is a distinctive landmark in a wonderful location. |
