Mobility in east africa requires a cost effective mass transport system, mostly matatus, but the image shows other ways to move about including bodaboda(motorbike), mkokoteni (pull kart) and good old route 11(walking).

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: This is a day to day transport situation in a typical East African, most accurately Kenyan town. People usually prefer mass transport solutions such as buses and matatus but others prefer the bodaboda motorbikes for their ease to move about and weave through traffic and the mkokoteni pull karts for the amount of load they can carry at very low cost as they are man-powered. walking or 'route 11' as is called in ken ya is the most widely used form of transportation around the towns as most cant afford these other seemingly inexpensive means of transport.
