العربية: تعبر الصورة عن تركيب حمض نووي ريبوزي في البصل تم االحصول علية من مستخلص
البصل بعد فصله باستخدام الكحول الأيثيلي تم أخذ عينة من الطبقة اللزجةالمنفصلة في المستخلص ووضعها في شريحة زجاجية تحت المجهر وتم ضبط المجهر على العدسة العينية الوسطى واتضح شكل الحمض النووي للبصل قريب من شكل العمود الفقري في الحيوانات الفقارية وهذا يشير الى أن توجد علاقة بين العمود الفقاري والحمض النووي ذلك أن العمود الفقري هو العماد الأساسي للحيوان الفقري كذلك الحمض النووي هو العماد الأساسي لجميع الكائنات الحية كما يلاحظ اصطفاف النوكليوتيدات داخل الحمض النووي كأنها الفقرات في العمود الفقري . الصورة تم التقاطها بعد ربط المجهر بالحاسوب .الصورة من بين مجموعة من صور الاحماض النووية من نباتات مختلفة للبحث في اختلافات التركيب للأحماض النووية للنباتات المختلفة English: The image shows the composition of DNA in the onion Obtained from extract Onion after separation using ethyl alcohol.A sample of the sticky layer was taken in the extract and placed in a glass slide under the microscope.The microscope was placed on the central object lens .The shape of the DNA of the onion is close to the shape of the spine in vertebrates.
