Potter.) immense size, and with the foyers and promenades is amply ableto contain all the people who could be numbered in the largestaudience. For this reason the hall has the excellent property ofemptying quickly. Adjoining the vestibule are offices and retiring-rooms in sufficient quantity. Music Hall gives seating capacity forbetween 2,000 and 2,500 auditors, an orchestra of 120 and a chorus CHORAL AND INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC. 409 of 300. The stage it will be seen is ample, and the audience-roomproportionate. In the rear of the stage are accommodations of themost modern order for participants in the concerts here given,prima donna, chorus singers and orchestra. The dressing andwardrobe rooms are commodious and numerous. The acousticproperties of the hall were found upon test to be of the best, andeverything else equally satisfactory.
