Falls, Mass., the makersof the Spalding bicycle, have decided that allagency business in that line shall be con-ducted direct from the factory at ChicopeeFalls, experience having shown that the bi-cycle business can be better conducted andevery agent better satisfied by being in directtouch with the factory, where A. B. Barkmanwill be in control as manager of the bicyclesales department. THE MOST REMARKABLE BICYCLE. To quote its makers, the Central CycleManufacturing Company, the most remark-able bicycle on the market—a Ben-Hur, ofcourse—will cost $125, a price which, whileabove the usual, is justified by the remark-ability of the wheel. There will, however,be Ben-Hurs at $60 and $75 for those who.cannot afford the larger sum. BIG DEMAND FOR WOOD HANDLE-BARS. J. T.
