Summary[edit]

Description
English: The Ulster Way in north Down (1) This part of the Ulster Way passes through five squares. It is uphill from Helen’s Bay. The surface varies from reasonable to very good. The landscape is mainly woodland and pasture. Much of the path cuts through the Clandeboye estate – this sign is just before the railway bridge at Helen’s Bay station. The path includes sections of Clandeboye Avenue – once a private lane within the estate.
