Hulbert, working with the Red Cross in France. Page 6 article "Just a Starter" discusses the Skagit River Hydroelectric Project. Page 6 article "Shall Such Rules Stand?" discusses the need for more war housing in Seattle. Page 15 article "The Story of a School" discusses the creation of the Cornish School and its founder, Nellie Cornish. Page 19 includes photograph of Madame Pless' School. The school is discussed further on page 22. Page 25 includes photograph of Bonney-Watson Funeral Home at Broadway and Olive St.
