Street, and it thus had the disadvantage of introducing theelement of uncertainty among the passengers and added tothe complexity of the complicated crossing at Fulton, Wil-loughby and Adams Streets, the layout of which is shownin the accompanying map of the tracks near the BoroughHall. In this connection it is of interest to refer to the mapof the track layout in the vicinity of the Borough Hall.It will be noted that there is a very complicated crossingjust above the Hall, where Adams and Willoughby Streetcross Fulton. Over Adams Street cars also are operatedto and from the bridge.
