A drawing of this event was offered for sale by Abbott and Holder in late May 2020, when it was described as "‘Ship Lord Ashbourne (?Ashburton) on fire / towed into the River by the Steamer / Charleston South Carolina’ ‘Clear blue sky / sun nearly vertical’. Pen and ink, for ‘The Illustrated London News’. Provenance: Album of Landell’s studies. 5.75 x 7 inches."
