| Description |
English: The River Ribble and Stainforth Force A view from the bottom of the escape ladder, which is set into the wall of the river bank. The pool below the force is very deep and extremely dangerous in times of heavy rain; in case anyone should fall in there is the iron ladder, and also a grabline on the far bank. |
