About The Prince on Newbury The Prince on Newbury is a condo conversion of the former Prince School, located at 201 Newbury Street in the heart of the Back Bay. The former school was converted to 35 condos in 1985. Many of the condos feature large 6′ windows, open floorplans and hardwood floors. The south facing units overlook Newbury Street, while some of the north facing units have balconies. Floorplans at The Prince of Newbury range from 1 beds with 600 sq/ft to 2,100+ sq/ft penthouses with deeded parking and private outdoor space.

The Prince on Newbury is a concierge building with elevator and deeded parking. The building also has a common roofdeck with panoramic views of the Back Bay skyline, Financial District, Beacon Hill, Charles River and beyond.

Just outside the front door of The Prince on Newbury are some of the finest restaurants and shops in Boston.
