A light, strong, convenient Operating Chair, designed especially for travel-ing dentists. In its lowest position the seat is seventeen inches from thefloor ; in its highest, thirty-four inches, giving it a vertical range equal to thatof the Morrison Chair. The footstool is thirteen inches below the seat andis fixed to it The weight ot this Chair is about seventy pounds, and it is readily takenapart and packed in a small space (see opposite page). It is made of wood,strengthened with iron. The frame is of black walnut, oil-finished. The seatand back are of perforated wood, and the head-pad is upholstered in plush.26 The Ross Portable Dental Chair.
