The Brooklyn City RR Co Is held under a 999-year lease dated Feb. 141893, guaranteeing all fixed charges, organization expenses, taxes and 10%div.on $12,000,000 of stock (par $10). The lease Is nominally to the Bklyn.Heights RR, C3o., but the Brooklyn Rapid Transit Co. owns the entire cap-ital stock of the Brooklyn Heights Co. In 1898 the Heights Companyleased the Brooklyn Queens County & Suburban RR. The lease was re-newed year by year, rental being fixed charges, taxes and organization ex-penses. t>n July 1 1901 the B Q (\ & S began operating separately again.On April 1 1899 the Heights Company temporarily leased the Nassau Elec-tric RR.
