Dr. Alvarez is already wellknown to many of our readers and we shallbe intensely interested in his presentation ofthe physiologists view of gastrointestinalmotor physiology. Every roentgenologistwho undertakes diagnostic work in relationto internal medicine needs to know all hecan regarding peristalsis of the digestivetube. The lecturer will bring our knowledgeon this subject up to date and attempt tocorrelate it with the clinical aspects ofgastrointestinal diseases. The Scientific Exhibit is in the hands ofthe following committee: Drs. Frank S. Bis-sell, C. A. Donaldson and R. R. Knight, ofMinneapolis. It is desired that all who wishto present an exhibit notify the committeein advance, so that ample racks may beprovided. It is hoped that an extensive ex-hibit may be shown at this meeting.
