| Description |
English: The 'Kinderton Arms' and Rump's Lock, Trent and Mersey Canal. The Cheshire Locks on the Trent and Mersey Canal are quite definitely hard work: they are spaced out making it more arduous, and have sometimes been referred to by boaters as 'Heartbreak Hill'. So having worked down most of them, a majoroty of boaters will be ready to patronise the 'Kinderton Arms' or some other of the excellent pubs in Middlewich. |
