  • 2, épine nasale postérieure
  • 3, crête donnant attache au muscle péristaphylin externe
  • 4, canal palatin postérieur, avec 4’, 4’, ses canaux accessoires.
  • 5, apopliyse pyramidale, avec : 5’, sa portion rugueuse, s’articulant avec l’aile externe de l’apophyse ptérygoïde ; 5”, rugosités, s’articulant avec l’aile interne de la même apophyse.
  • 6, partie lisse, donnant attache au ptérygoïdien externe.
