| Description |
English: Unique series of photos of a male (age 32) with an overactive cremasteric reflex. It is normal that the scrotum tightens during sexual arousal but in these photos is shown how excessively tight scrotal skin forces the testicles up into the inguinal canal.
In the first photo the scrotal skin is already rather tight due to the obvious sexual arousal, the penis has just achieved its fully erect size. The testicles are still in the scrotum. The scrotum continues to tighten in spite of the achieved maximal erection, in the second and third image, if looked closely enough, can be seen as the left testicles pushes into the inguinal canal leaving the left side of the scrotum empty. In the fourth image the right testicle has also ascended into the inguinal canal leaving the scrotum empty. |
