Description
한국어: 1874년(고종 11) 2월 원자[(元子), 순종(純宗)]의 탄생을 축하하기 위한 진하(陳賀) 행사 광경을 그린 궁중행사도이다. 전체 10폭의 병풍으로 장황되어 있다. 제1폭과 제10폭에는 관원들의 이름과 관직, 품계 등이적혀 있고, 제2폭에서 제9폭에 걸쳐 창덕궁(昌德宮) 인정전(仁政殿)에서 열린 행사 장면이 그려져 있다. 행사 장면 묘사에는 부감법(俯瞰法)과 평행사선구도를 이용하였으며, 인정전 건물의 기둥과 벽면을 높게 표현하여 실내 광경이 들여다보이도록 하였다. 행사에 동원된 인원과 여러 기물들이 선명한 색채로 표현되어 있다. 좌목(座目)의 내용으로 보아 순종이 태어날 때 설치된 산실청(産室廳)에서 일했던 관리들의 주도로 이 병풍이 제작되었음을 알 수 있다
