Description
English:
Building complex next to the market, opposite the Catholic church. Here is a gateway just at the market. The SE, approx. U-plan, two-story building in 2023 is home of the: town hall, Pest County Government Office Vecsés District Office Üllői Branch Office, Zsálya bisztró restaurant. Open air stage and fountain is in the coutyard. In the car park are a between market and the town hall wing is the Tree of Üllő, a sizeabl oak tree (Quercus robur) planted in 1964. Facade plaque: The National Management of the Hungarian Red Cross in the year 2021 awards the title of Humanitarian Settlement to the city of Üllő/May 2021" - 3 Templom Square, Üllő, Pest County, Hungary.

Épületegyüttes a piac mellett, a katolikus templommal szemben. Az DK-i, kb. U-alaprajzú, kétemeletes épület DNy-i részén átjáróval. A jobb épületszányában Zsálya bisztró van kétemeletes sóhajok hídja, a polgármesteri hivatal a bal Ny- szárnyban van A belső udvari részen szökőkút és színpad. Az épület mellett a piac déli szárny felé van 'Üllő Fája' táblájának felirata: "Üllő Fája /Kocsányos tölgy/ Üllő Város Önkormányzat 2021.//Ültette Hamenda Lajos és felesége 1964-ben" - ÉS Üllő Város Önkormányzat 165/2021. (XII.16.) sz. határozata alapján az Üllői Kulturális Központ elnevezést 2022. január 1-i hatállyal Üllői Közösségi Színtérre változtatta. Az Üllői Kulturális Színtér (ÜKSZ) székhelye a városháza 003 sz. irodahelyisége. - Tevékenységi területe elsősorban a városháza földszinti rendezvényterme, az előtérben kialakított galéria, a városközpont területén az állandó szabadtéri, illetve az alkalmanként épített nagyobb méretű színpaddal.
