Français : Temple du Ciel à Pékin. — Monument à triple toiture bâti par l’empereur Young-Lo, de la dynastie des Ming ; monument situé dans la partie nord du parc du Temple. L’Empereur se rend annuellement trois fois dans ce temple pour communiquer au Ciel, dont il est le fils, le résultat de la gestion de son empire. Aucune idole ne s’y trouve, on y transporte la Tablette du Ciel lors des visites impériales. English: Image from La Chine à terre et en ballon. |
